November 2020 Fonthill Astronomy Weekend.
Twenty two members of the Society gathered at the Fonthill Farm Stay accommodation for a successful astronomy weekend. There was a full program of daytime events, presentations and informal discussions followed by evening viewing and astro-imaging. The weather was not kind to us with all Friday evening viewing cancelled due to heavy cloud. A gap in the clouds on Saturday night revealed the pristine dark skies and members thoroughly enjoyed their time under the stars.
As usual our hosts excelled themselves with abundant healthy food, clean and comfortable accommodation and good cheer.
